About Us

Curtis and Desie Gentry originally started Beck Mountain as a family-friendly corn maze in 2005. In 2006, they built a barn and decided to host weddings on their property.

Since then, Beck Mountain Farms has become a well-known wedding locale in the Appalachian Highlands of northeast Tennessee.
Over 100 couples from all over the United States have traveled to Beck Mountain Farms to have their wedding. The idyllic country view makes a beautiful backdrop for your special day.

The Gentrys will do everything in their power to make your wedding day as perfect as possible! Our property is your property and we want you to feel at home in our space.
We will walk through each step of the process with you. From free tours of the barn, upfront and honest contracts, providing a variety of amenities, and more—we’ll do what we can to alleviate stress and make sure you soak in every moment of your special day.

Yes! Call us today to schedule an appointment to tour our facilities. We can also do a video tour if you can’t make it in person.

We can accommodate up to 250 guests.

Yes! We have a bridal suite with a beautiful view of the mountains from the porch. We also have a groom’s room equipped with a smart tv and couches.

We have one 2-bedroom house and one 1-bedroom cabin on the property available for rent. You can view the rooms and book them on our Airbnb listings below.

A $500 deposit is required is required at the time you sign your contract
Your $250 deposit will be refunded to you after the event provided no damage was done to the property. Refunds will not be given to those who cancel their event date.
No! We believe in flexible payments and will work with you individually to determine how you want to pay for your event. Your event must be paid in full 60 days before the event date, but can be paid however works best for your budget.
We have permanent string lights and draping in the barn. You may also add your own decorations as you wish.

We have a variety of decorations that you can use at no additional cost, including whiskey barrels, a floral swing, drink tubs, cake table, 3×5 rectangular tables, small desk, white draping etc.

We provide 20 tables and 160 indoor only chairs. The price of tables and chairs are included in your contract.

No. You and/or your vendors will need to furnish tablecloths for your event.
The tables provided are 5ft round tables. We also have three 3x5ft rectangular tables you can use as well.
We do not offer these services, but are happy to provide a list of local recommendations if you need them.

We do allow you to have alcohol during your event, but it is limited to wine, beer, and champagne. You must also use either On the Rocks or Brew-gloo as your alcohol vendor as they are insured vendors.

No. You will need to work with a vendor to provide ice.
Yes. We also have livestream capabilities coming soon.
Yes, but they must be leashed at all times due to farm animals on the property. Your animal is also not allowed in the barn due to health codes. Animals are not allowed in the Airbnb rentals at all.

We recommend your family and vendors watch our video first to view the space. If needed, we can arrange a tour of the property with them during a time when another event is not taking place on the property.

No, it is for decoration purposes only.
The top of the mantle is 54 inches tall and 74 inches wide.
It is 8 feet tall and 6 feet wide.
We do offer parking attendants as an additional service to your wedding package fee.
